What You Need:
A cup Roasted Coffeebeans4 ounces Best Quality Dark ChocolateWhat to Do:
In a double boiler, melt chocolate (we like our chocolate dark, but feel free to use milk if you prefer it).Drop in about a cup of the coffeebeans, and stir so they are coated in chocolate. Set them out on sheets of waxed paper. Continue until all the coffeebeans are coated. Let them harden overnight, or freeze them for about thirty minutes if you're in a hurry. Pop them in your mouth, and enjoy! Yum.
